An "All" state will probably be added once the FilterManager gets tidied
up as well, but disabling multiple filters will solve this for now.

There is no option to show all torrents. When there are labels created it
always selects the top label. In the GTK you can only select one filter.
For example state->all or label->movies. In the webUI its possible to let
them intersect. Or in other words choose multiple filters.

Possible solution could be:
1. Be able to not select / disable a label, by clicking on a allready
enabled label.

2. Add the static "All" label to show all.

I used the option "Allow the use of multiple filters at once" in the webui
preferences. But this doesnt work as it should. Initially the All state is
selected. Buy when i click a label, i can not go back to the All state to
show all torrents.

There seem to be a couple of problems here.
1. Selecting "Allow the use of multiple filters at once" click OK, go back
into preferences. After clicking a different menu tab then "Inteface" and
go back, it seems the checkbox is gone. To verify i looked at web.conf.
The setting there also isn't set. To reproduce this. Do t
2. This is the same for the other configuration properties: "Show session
speed in titlebar" and "Show filters with zero torrents".
3. I also tried stopping daemons, change the setting in web.conf, start
daemons. But here the option also doesnt stay enabled or does it work all.
